Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States via UPS or USPS.
Some items are not eligible for free shipping due to size, weight, or special handling needs. In these cases, shipping costs will be invoiced and billed prior to shipment.
Each piece from Lauren HB Studio is made by hand from start to finish.
- Vessels ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items ship within the timeframe outlined in each product description.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need an item sooner, please leave a note at checkout—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Production & Timing
Please note that handmade work takes time—and sometimes, the process has a mind of its own. Factors like clay inconsistencies, kiln issues, or unexpected illness can occasionally cause delays. We’re committed to keeping you informed and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate the realities of studio production.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS.
While we aim to ship promptly, delivery times vary:
- First Class International: no guaranteed estimated delivery time (ETS)
- Priority International: typically 6–10 business days
Customs processing can be unpredictable and may delay delivery by up to eight weeks. If your order is held up, please contact your local customs office directly.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lauren HB Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items not received due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
