Each Lauren HB Studio pot is made by hand from start to finish. Ready to ship items will ship in 3-5 business days.  Made to order items will ship in the timeframe outlined in the product description. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If you need something sooner, please make a note in the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please keep in mind that unforeseen problems like bad clay or sudden illness are still affecting us and sometimes create delays in our production. We’re working hard to stay within our shipping time frames, but we’re only human. We are so grateful for your understanding and patience as we navigate some unexpected delays.

Attention International customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, USPS does not provide shipping ETS’s for First Class Shipping. Priority is estimated at 6-10 business days. Customs can be very unpredictable and may hold on to a package for up to eight weeks. If you experience a long delay, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
